Warranty

DIAMOIRA jewelry is crafted with care and precision. We stand behind the quality of every piece.

All items come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or unauthorized alterations.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at  kin.dawson@qq.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the item is no longer available, a store credit or exchange will be offered.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates.

Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
