DIAMOIRA jewelry is crafted with care and precision. We stand behind the quality of every piece.
l All items come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
l This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or unauthorized alterations.
l If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at kin.dawson@qq.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the item is no longer available, a store credit or exchange will be offered.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
l Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates.
l Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
l Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
